Cda PD to host lemonade stand for Kirk family

Kiahna Kirk Lemonade Stand

Many of you read in the CDA Press about the very kind little girl by the name of Kiahna Kirk who hosted a lemonade stand in honor of our fallen officer Sgt. Greg Moore. Right after Greg’s death Kiahna sold lemonade, and baked goods and raised $200 that she donated to the Moore family.

Just a few weeks later on May 31st little Kiahna suffered her own horrible tragedy when her father was killed in a car accident on U.S. 95. Her father Jeffrey Kirk left behind 4 children, his pa rents, and extended family.

On Saturday June 20th from noon to 4:00pm the Coeur d’Alene Police Department is hosting a lemonade stand to benefit Kiahna and her family. Chief White, Mayor Widmyer, the Coeur d’Alene Fire Department, and several other LE agencies are participating. We will be at the CDA Police and Fire building inside the City Park next to Independence Point.

The Police Association will provide the lemonade, and off duty police employees, City employees and our spouses will manage the lemonade stand.
We will do our best to honor Kiahna’s father, and we will donate all the proceeds to his children. Please come and support this wonderful family CDA PD Facebook
