Would You Renew Your Vows?

Mrs. O put on a spectacular bash for our 40th wedding anniversary at the Jacklin Arts & Cultural Center in Post Falls Thursday evening. My wife coulda/shoulda been a wedding planner. She’s that good at transforming any place into a wonderful venue for an event. The JACC, of course, is a wonderful venue with which to start. Mrs. O had accomplished her job so well that it felt like I was getting married again. Pastor Steve Massey of our Hayden Bible Church handled the officiating. Afterward, as I visited the various guests at the tables surrounding the dance floor, I was surprised to hear several women say that their husbands would never go through a ceremony like the one we had to review his vows. I told them that I expected a big shindig like the one Mrs. O through for us. After 40 years of living with this remarkable woman, I knew what was coming. So here’s the question for you:
