- 89 degrees : Pennsylvania, Wyoming
- 88 degrees: New Jersey, Indiana, Colorado, New Hampshire, Maine
- 87 degrees: New York, Ohio, Minnesota, Iowa, Montana
- 85 degrees: Michigan, Massachusetts, Wisconsin, Washington, Vermont, Rhode Island, Idaho, South Dakota
