Biggest Blight In Lake City?

FishinJay (RE: How Wild Waters went to ruin ): This place is the biggest blight in CdA today, and it’s right next to I-90 for everyone to see. If it can’t be a water park again I hope somebody does something productive with it soon, although I imagine the costs of tearing it apart and building anything else would be incredibly prohibitive.

Question: Can you think of a property in Coeur d’Alene that’s a bigger blight? And/or: What could be done w/Wild Waters property?
