On Tubbs (aka Dog Poop) Hill

A buddy of mine dropped in to say that he’d hiked Tubbs Hill three times today for exercise — and that dog owners and their pets were everywhere. Both people and dogs were off-leash. Also, few were picking up their dog’s poop as they hiked around the hill, except when someone was watching them. Might be a good idea for Chief Lee White to slap an emphasis patrol on the hill once a week to catch the scofflaws who don’t mind the leash laws and think their dog’s poop doesn’t smell as bad that of other dogs.
