Vick embarrasses Idaho

Congratulations to Sen. Steve Vick, R-Dalton Gardens, for boycotting the Senate’s opening invocation, because it was given by guest chaplain Rajan Zed, a Hindu. By boycotting the Hindu prayer, you have shown your intolerance for any religion other than your own personal brand of Christianity. I thought we were rid of this blatant type of disrespect for another’s race or religion, let alone sexual orientation, when we rid the area of the Ayran Nations.

You are once again holding Idaho up to ridicule by the rest of the country by showing your total disrespect for one of the U.S. Constitution’s most important tenets, religious freedom. I am embarrassed by you and for you. Might I suggest an apology is in order? I only mention this because I know it will give you and your fellow believers a good laugh.
