This is the week, I suppose, that state Rep. Kathy Sims, R-Coeur d’Alene, will trot our her latest attempt to stop urban renewal, as we know it, in the shining city on a lake that she was elected to represent. She failed in her attempt to recall the previous administration and in her attempts to hamstring the economic development engine that has made Coeur d’Alene a one-of-a-kind community.
