Couple Crashes Into Each Other

From Post Falls Police Department swing shift: Officer witnessed a two vehicle accident where a pickup skidded and rear-ended a BMW. Upon investigation, it was discovered that the drivers of the two vehicles were engaged to be married, and the male was following the female to a location he was not familiar with. The female approached the intersection and observed a yellow light. She slammed on her brakes so the male would not be left behind. This caused him to lock up his brakes and rear-end her. The female was cited for failure to wear a seatbelt and for failure to provide proof of insurance.
