Feeling Outsourced

On her Facebook wall, Cindy posts: “Imagine my surprise when I called the Davenport Hotels to make an anniversary reservation and was transferred to a call center in what sounded an awful lot like India. The young man at the front desk said the hotels are now affiliated with Marriot and all reservations go through their call center. No one at the actual hotel could confirm date availability or package deals— all have been outsourced. Good grief feeling disappointed.
