Concealed-carry hearing wraps up, vote delayed
After more testimony and a wrap-up from NRA lobbyist Dakota Moore, the hearing on HB 243, the bill to revamp Idaho’s concealed-weapons bill, wrapped up this afternoon without a vote. The House State Affairs Committee opted to delay a vote, to be scheduled later at the call of the committee chairman; that would allow two members who were missing this afternoon to take part.
