Man Admits To Video Voyeurism

A Spokane man has confessed to slipping a phone under a changing room door at the Post Falls Walmart with a mother and daughter inside, according to police. Mikhail Marshalkin, 33, faces a pending felony video voyeurism charge for the Feb. 7 incident involving a mom and her 10-year-old daughter at the Walmart on Mullan Avenue. The pending charge will likely result in an arrest.
