Nuttier State — Idaho Or Oklahoma?

My son-in-law Okie Doke insists that the Legislature of his native Oklahoma is crazier than the Idaho one. To back up his claim, he offers solid evidence: “In the past three months, legislators have tried to ban hoodies, ban AP US History, and ban all marriage in the state of Oklahoma. Oh, they also enacted such severe tax cuts last year that the state is now $30 million in the hole and will have to cut education (among other things). Oklahoma is already in the bottom 2-3 in that, so things certainly won’t go better. At least I’m proud how the University of Oklahoma responded to the fraternity and can cheer the Sooners today with a clear conscious.”

Question: Do you agree with Okie Doke that Oklahoma’s Legislature is crazier than ours? Or do you have sufficient evidence to back a claim that Idaho’s Legislature is nuttier?
