Alliance Data To Add 130 CdA Jobs

Alliance Data Retail Services, which provides branded credit card programs to many of the world’s most recognized brands, today announced the expansion of its customer care center in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, bringing 130 new jobs to the area in 2015. In the next two to three years, Alliance Data Retail Services will bring a total of 350 new jobs to the area as part of the expansion, which includes the addition of 75,000 square feet of space. The Coeur d’Alene facility, which opened in 2014, is one of Alliance Data Retail Services’ seven customer care centers earning the BenchmarkPortal “Center of Excellence” certification for exceptional customer care for the tenth year in a row.
