‘ISIS’ an insult
Had it occurred to you folks out there in the lamestream media that the use of the name “ISIS” to refer to that reprehensible terrorist group is an insult to the ancient Egyptian goddess? Can we talk about being culturally insensitive here?
I would rather hear them referred to as “ISIL,” like the current administration is doing. It’s my understanding that the group’s actual name is difficult for us Westerners to pronounce. So let’s call them “ISIL” and be more culturally sensitive.
