Empty Bowls Fundraiser

“Working alongside the food bank is an honor for us, ” said Kim Washko, owner of Hands to Art in Coeur d’Alene on Wednesday. She donated 250 hand painted bowls for 4th annual Empty Bowls fundraiser for Post Falls Food Bank on Thursday, March 26 from 4:30-6:30 at the Jacklin Arts and Cultural Center in Post Falls. Eleven area restaurants will provide specialty soups for Empty Bowls. Admission is $15, which includes soup, roll, a drink and a hand painted bowl. (SR photo: Kathy Plonka)
