What do you think of the new city hall project?

A city hall of its own has been on and off the agenda for the Spokane Valley since the city incorporated in 2003. Now the city has purchased land and hired and architect to construct city hall on Sprague Avenue, across from Balfour Park where the city hopes a new library will be built . What do you think about this idea? Is this any different from the much debated - and ultimately rejected - plans about revitalizing Sprague Avenue?
