One Lakeside Project To Start Soon

The One Lakeside condominium property has been blocked by fencing for the better part of a year, but the owner says the project is likely to get started this spring. Greg Hills, owner of One Lakeside, said the company is in the process of finalizing the finances on the project, but the goal is the break ground toward the end of May. “That has been a challenge,” he said. “So that date could get pushed out a month or two.” The 14-story One Lakeside condominium tower was scheduled to begin construction in September of 2014, said Kurt Lundblad in an interview last June/ Jeff Selle , Coeur d’Alene Press.
