Plane Crashes In Spokane River

An airplane that witnesses described as losing power just east of Felts Field reportedly has crashed in the Spokane River. Details are sketchy but the Spokane Valley Fire Department said on social media crews were responding to the area for a water rescue and extrication. Emergency dispatchers indicated two passengers were pulled from the water about 4:45 p.m. KHQ News reported two people were on board the plane/ SR .
