Renfro Prelim Hearing Set June 10

The preliminary hearing for Jonathan Renfro, accused of murdering Coeur d’Alene Police Sgt. Greg Moore, has now been scheduled for June 10. The 9 a.m. hearing will be in front of Magistrate Barry Watson and is expected to last a full day. Prosecutors will present evidence and call witnesses to try and establish probable cause and ask Watson to move the case to 1st District Court for a trial at a later date. If the case is bumped to District Court, Renfro would then enter a plea to the charges. Lawyers for both sides have declined to comment about the case/ David Cole , Coeur d’Alene Press. More here .
