Charters Should Recruit Minorities

Arpie (RE: Op-Ed: Time to fix Idaho charters ): “Someone has to teach the kids who just show up. They or their parents are too wrapped up in other things — like surviving-to think about making a choice about what school to go to. That these kids are disproportionately minority or special ed should surprise nobody. This problem is one charters can not address without purposely recruiting these kids.”
