Filing Week Day 2: End of the day list

The second day of filing week brings the City of Spokane contested races for two council seats and council president, and a three-way race from mayor.

Joining incumbent David Condon on the list for Spokane mayor Tuesday were community activist Shar Lichty, who previously announced her campaign , and Michael Noder, a former member of the Solid Waste Advisory Committee who has run twice before for the position but didn’t get past the 2007 and 2011 primaries.
