Chesrown Faces New $$$ Problems

Marshall Chesrown, pictured in 2008, had high hopes for Kendall Yards, more than 80 acres of land between Spokane River and the Spokane County Courthouse. Chesrown also developed Black Rock on Lake Coeur d’Alene.
