Just Wondering …

Who would be a good candidate in nonpartisan municipal races for Coeur d’Alene City Council seats now held by Councilman Dan Gookin and Steve Adams (presuming that Councilman Ron Edinger is going to re-up for another term)? I can think of several good ones. Christa Hazel. Dan English. Jim Pierce (if he lives in the city). Christa is doing a swell job turning around the Coeur d’Alene School Board. With two little ones, she’s probably content with her current public service job. Dan has moved back to Coeur d’Alene. He’s respected by both sides of the political spectrum and would be a formidable candidate against either Gookin or Adams. Jim is a respected conservative with solid Republican credentials. What do you think?
