We’re entering the time of the year that I dread second most, in terms of blogging — the two months before the next legislative session starts. Election week each November is a prelude to this second dead period, which ranks a little behind summer as the time of year when I have to hustle extra hard to keep the page-view turnstiles turning. The battle between Jeremy Morris and his neighborhood could provide fodder off and on for a few weeks.
