More human remains found
On (Monday), the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office received a report of skeletal, human remains that had been discovered on a gravel island in the Kootenai River, east of Bonners Ferry. The remains had been found as workers were clearing brush off of the island as part of the Kootenai River habitat restoration project. The skeleton was mostly intact and appeared to have been at that location for a considerable time. The BCSO coordinated with the Boundary County Coroner to remove the remains. The Coroner scheduled an autopsy to be performed to assist in the identification of the remains/IdahoPanhandler.com. More here.
