… The state conducted a “Great Idaho Shake-up  — Drop, Cover & Hold-on” drill for 60 seconds, to test emergency alert systems — and nobody noticed? Seems that may have happened today — at 10:15 a.m. The county emergency system was suppose to alert residents by phone, social media, etc., that an earthquake was happening.
