Study: Most don’t need 8 hours of sleep
The longtime common belief that you need eight hours of sleep per night may not actually be the case for most people, according to new research. Researchers found getting six or seven hours of sleep may be sufficient and more natural for a lot of people. The study evaluated three present-day primitive societies, two in Africa and one in South America, and found that people in these communities slept on average six to seven hours per day, as reported by Nature World Report . Experts say these societies are the closest thing to what would have been found in ancient societies/ CBS Atlanta . More here.
Question: I probably sleep 6 1/2-7 hours during the work week. Sometimes less. And it works. How about you?
