Candidates take pot shot

The Evan Verduin campaign and Mayor David Condon have done it again. I received a phone survey asking me if there were things I knew about Karen Stratton that would change my mind in voting for her.

Number one question: Are you aware that she owns a marijuana farm with her family? Well, duh. Where do you think we have all been, guys? Of course we know. Karen has been upfront and honest about her family business. She answers questions about it on a regular basis and has shared her experience with this new venture openly and honestly.

I am not sure about anyone else, but it is starting to feel like Karen is running against Verduin and the mayor. Unbelievable. Support Karen for Spokane City Council. She is the best person for the job.
