From a horse to the ER

“It’s been 30 years since a horse put me in the ER, but little Miss Z succeeded yesterday: I fell off during her moment of irrational exuberance, and I am a little beat up this morning. Nothing’s broken, torn or misaligned - I was very lucky - and I did wear my helmet. This would have been a lot worse without the protective headgear.”
