Morning links: Wicks, picks and more
We continue our daily coverage of the Washington State football team and the Pac-12 with a story about running back Gerard Wicks and our Week 1 conference picks.
I expect the conference to have a good week , although I think some of the lines set by the oddsmakers are a tad high. And I expect Gerard Wicks to start against Portland State, or at least get the plurality of WSU’s rushes, although three running backs will each get ample opportunities.
As for yesterday’s coverage, we had a
practice report
and a post-practice
video of Mike Leach
. We also held our weekly chat and posted a
transcript
afterwards. We also have a post about WSU Athletics offering
free tickets
to those affected by the recent wildfires, and those who help out.
