These are the Perry St. stairs, which drop down from the affluent Rockwood neighborhood and are part of a pedestrian-only right of way where Perry deadends into Overbluff. A wide sidewalk cuts between historic mansions and the steep stairs take hikers down to the area just above the Perry/Southeast Blvd. intersection. Have you climbed these stairs before? They’re wedged tightly into a neighborhood in Spokane and not often traveled by those outside the immediate vicinity.
