Terrasas earns second chance

The Sept. 13 article on Steven Terrasas was a great story about someone who turned his life around. He has done what people would expect someone to do. His past should be done and behind him now. People on welfare try to do it, too.

They need help. This man is doing everything right. Even teachers commend him. He needs his second chance. Hope all goes well for him.
