Driver in triple fatality faces $100,000 bond

During Ryan Turner’s first court appearance, the judge ordered he be held on a $100,000 bond.  If he is able to make bond, Turner will undergo daily alcohol monitoring through a program called SCRAM.  Investigators say they found beer cans in Turner’s vehicle after the head-on crash that claimed the life of Mathew-Michael Baroni and his two daughters.  Turner was treated for a fractured back, and had surgery on his hip before being released from the hospital. If convicted on vehicular manslaughter charges, Turner could face a maximum of 45 years in prison/ Victor Correa , KHQ. More here.
