BYU/Idaho bans ‘man buns’

Whether you call it a man bun or a top knot, the popular male hairstyle is no longer allowed at the Brigham Young University-Idaho’s campus.The Honor Office started enforcing disciplinary action against men who decide to wear their hair up in such regard, according to BYU’s Scroll , the college’s student newspaper . According to the BYU-I Honor Code, hairstyles for males should be “clean and neat, avoiding extreme styles of colors and trimmed above the collar leaving the ear uncovered.”
