The real intolerance

This is in regards to Janet Smith’s letter (“Why the pious grandstanding” – Sept. 18) concerning Christians’ right to religious freedom offending her, and Kim Davis offending her for not issuing a marriage license for same-sex couples wishing to wed, and the owners of the bakery in Oregon offending her for refusing to prepare a wedding bouquet for a homosexual marriage – a privately owned business, I might add.

I guess my question is, why? Why should Davis lose her job because she stood for the rights of Americans who voted on the state level to ban homosexual marriage, in most states, but were overridden by the crooked federal government and the Supreme Court, which was unconstitutional?

Why should the bakery owners have hate mail, death threats and be forced out of business and to pay restitution, by politely stating they could not support the union?

So where does the intolerance really lie? Open up your eyes and take a look inside. What you might find may surprise you.
