Mayor announces arts awards

The City of Coeur d’Alene Arts Commission recently announced the following winners of the 19th Annual Mayor’s Awards in the Arts:

Excellence in Arts : Dian Hanson
Support of the Arts : Steve Anthony
Arts in Education : Gizmo (Marty and Barb Mueller)
Student excellence in the Arts : Bethany Stone

Mayor Steve Widmyer will present the awards on Thursday, October 8th, 6 p.m., at The Hagadone Event Center. This event is open to the public, and anyone interested in attending to support the winners is invited. More here.
