Stop slugging VW bug

Enough already. You keep bashing Volkswagen and showing a picture of the old Beetle. Let me tell you something about my Volkswagen Beetle convertible. I have had my 1979 convertible over 10 years now, and I’m the third owner.

She (my bug) has only 36,000 miles on her. What Volkswagen is in trouble for is the new diesel cars, not the older bugs, and I am hurt you keep showing my beloved Beetle convertible, which by the way is not a diesel; she’s a good old regular gas gal.

So please, please find some other VW to pick on. My ladybug is not happy with the way you’re presenting her. She said, “Back off already.” Hopefully, many others are hurt by your pictures of the old Volkswagen bugs. Thank you from all people who love the bugs.
