Gitmo for refuge takers

Since the Republicans in Congress are determined to keep Guantanamo open because they do not want terrorists on American soil (could these prisoners actually escape from a federal maximum security penitentiary?), perhaps the perpetrators of the takeover at the Malheur Wildlife Refuge should be shipped there as well, just to keep things safe.
