Equal pay not a concern

National Equal Pay day was April 12. Statistics (Census Bureau) show that women make approximately 79 cents to every dollar paid to men.

CNN interviewed Cathy McMorris Rodgers and asked her if she supported equal pay for women. McMorris Rodgers replied “Yes. Yes. Absolutely. Republicans and I support equal pay for equal work.” But, based on her voting record, that statement is not true. McMorris Rodgers has voted four times against women; twice against the Lilly Ledbetter Act and twice against the Paycheck Fairness Act.

Let’s join together this November to show this untruthful woman that we no longer want her to be in our Congress. Let’s vote her out.
