Hotelier plans NW Blvd “Incoeurbator”

Earlier this year, Ron Ayers revealed plans to build a four-story hotel at his property on Northwest Boulevard. In today’s CdA Press, Jeff Selle reports that Ayers “plans to incorporate a new economic development engine into the campus called ‘Coeurllaborate’” and also “build an 18,000-square-foot business incubator called ‘Incoeurbator,’ which will also house a makerspace.” More here .
