Who is KCRCC?

The shadowy Kootenai County Republican Concerned Citizens is back for a return engagement as it ties top push Kootenai County even further to the Far Right. As we discussed Tuesday, the KCRCCPAC (not to be confused with the Kootenai County Republican Central Committee, which it apparently is trying to do) is targeting precinct races to keep control of the Central Committee. The above flier was taken from the KCRConcernedCitizens Facebook page of 2014. The KCRConcernedCitizens considered Gov. Butch Otter and AG Lawrence Wasden to be RINOs for supporting some form of Obamacare. We won’t know who supports the recent KCRCC this year until the financial disclosure statements come out. But Brent Regan, chairman of the Idaho Freedom Foundation board, contributed $6,100 of almost $14,000 raised by KCRCC two years ago.
