PFPD: Driver speeds, resident cited
Here’s a report from the Post Falls PD that should serve as a cautionary tale (from Sunday’s swing shift):
A Silver Volkswagen Passat came through the RP’s neighborhood at a high rate of speed. A male neighbor screamed
at the driver to slow down. The male driving the Passat turned around and came back down the street and increasing his speed. This upset the neighbor so he took a skateboard and threw it at the car. The skateboard struck the side of the vehicle causing fair amount of damage. The neighbor was cited for mal-injury (malicious injury) for damaging the car.”
Question: Do you agree with the citation?
