Wild Card/Monday — 8.1.16

Mrs O commented last night that July has flown by. She did so as I was dumping the last bucket of rocks, from 3 yards worth of rocks, to complete a garden project that began in spring 2015. July has flown by because I spent 3 of the last 4 weekends building fences and hauling rock. Mrs O gave my time off over the 4th of July for good behavior. OK, relatively good behavior. I’m sore. But the back yard looks nice. Now, I can spend my evenings doing what I want in the garden — gardening and reading books. How sweet it finally is. Here’s your Monday Wild Card …
