Idaho gas 35 cents above average
Abundant gasoline supplies and low oil prices should continue to give drivers something to cheer about through the remainder of the summer and into fall, but Gem State motorists are experiencing less of that tangible benefit, according to AAA Idaho. At $2.48 a gallon, Idaho’s average price is sixth highest in the U.S., which is relatively unchanged since June 1. The U.S. average price has dropped 25 cents in the past 50 days to an average of $2.13. Idaho’s average price for August 1 has been 29 cents higher than the U.S. average over the past four years/ Coeur d’Alene Press.
