Mediation begins in Pastor Tim shooting

KREM2 reports:

“Mediation began on Wednesday between the prosecution and defense for a man who shot a Coeur d’Alene pastor. Kyle Odom, 30, is accused of shooting Coeur d’Alene pastor Tim Remington outside of the Altar Church on March 6th. He was arrested in Washington D.C. on March 8th. The third-party mediator will be the liaison between Odom’s attorney’s and the prosecution. They could be discussing a potential plea agreement.”
