Happy Monday, HBO. I’m pinch-hitting for DFO this week, coming at you live from the country’s true seat, the bustling berg of Rathdrum. I spent a couple of hours at Art on the Green on Friday. I went early and beat the crowds and then spent the weekend with the fam celebrating what is likely our last hurrah of summer with an overnight at Silver Mountain, some water park fun and then a drive up the Coeur d’Alene River to drop my son at camp. The river was LOW and I spotted few people floating and even fewer fishing. I didn’t feel too bad about forgetting my fly rod. Here’s your mild card, HBO. Play it well.
