Weekend Wild Card — Aug. 13-14

While Taryn was performing a terrific job as my sub this week, I was enjoying the Coeur d’Alene area with Junior & Miss Stephanie, as they visited from Florida. Among other things, we enjoyed a lake cruise, watched opening night of CST’s “The Little Mermaid,” and swam off Tubbs Hill. Junior, who graduated from Coeur d’Alene High in 1997 before pursuing his medical career, is impressed how his hometown has changed for the better. I is particularly fond of Crafted and The Vault downtown. All in all, it was fine week of enjoying my home town at the best time of the year. I’ll see you Monday. Here’s your Weekend Wild Card …
