We’re about to enter North Idaho Fair week, which means local and state politics are about to emerge as a topic of conversation again. But that’ll have to wait a week or two. Meanwhile, I’m hoping my tomatoes defy master gardener Pat Munts’ prediction and start reddening en masse. If not, I may have to develop an appetite for fried green tomatoes.
