Izzit Just Me, Or …

Is Rosenberry Drive/West Lakeshore Drive (aka Dike Road) one of the most congested areas of town. On a good summer day, you find cars parked along one side of the one-way road way, eliminating clear, two-way paths for walkers, pedestrians, skateboarders, bicyclists, etc. On the other side you have the aforementioned walkers, pedestrians, skateboarders, bicyclists, etc., trying to make do with an 8-foot path, while motorists pass between them and the parked cars.

Question: Izzit it time to eliminate motorists on Dike Road? Or cars? Or wait for something bad to happen?
