In case you were wondering about the business that would replace Brazilian Steakhouse on the first floor of the Parkside Building, the answer is: Sweet Lou’s. I noticed workers busy inside the old steakhouse space transforming it. So I read the 12-foot, black-and-white sign on the black rail in front, offering a quick explanation about the business: “Lunch, dinner, tap house.” You can find out more about Sweet Lou’s here and here. Apparently, there’s a Sweet Lou’s in Ponderay, Idaho.
